Due to the nature of the products sold by Peptides of Texas LLC, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
Returns
We do not accept returns of products after they have shipped.
This policy helps protect product integrity, quality, and safety.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Buyer remorse
- Incorrect products ordered by the customer
- Shipping carrier delays
- Refused deliveries
- Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Products returned without authorization
- Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
Exceptions
If your order:
- Arrives damaged;
- Contains the incorrect product; or
- Is incomplete due to our error,
please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery by emailing michael@peptidestx.com.
We may request photographs before determining the appropriate resolution.
At our sole discretion, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they enter fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargeback Policy
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
By purchasing from Peptides of Texas LLC, you agree that:
- You will make a good-faith effort to allow us to resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback.
- Chargebacks submitted for properly fulfilled orders may be disputed using order confirmations, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, acceptance of these policies, and any other relevant documentation.
- Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders, recovery of chargeback fees and related costs where permitted by law, collection efforts, and any other legal remedies available.
- Orders delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer and confirmed by the shipping carrier will be considered fulfilled unless credible evidence establishes otherwise.
